Upcoming Military Recognition Events

  • VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION (November 8, 2024)

    Students will wear Red, White, and Blue and students will complete activities.

  • PURPLE UP! DAY (April 15, 2025)

    Observe Purple Up! Day. Challenge students, faculty and staff to wear purple. The class with the most purple wins a prize.

  • PAINT THE TOWN PURPLE (April 14 – 18, 2025)

    Ask local businesses and government agencies (city hall, county courthouse, etc.) to hang purple wreaths, ribbons, bows, etc., on their buildings during Purple Up! Week.

  • KICK-OFF BREAKFAST (April 14, 2025)

    Kick off the Month of the Military Child with a breakfast or lunch for military children in school. Include their parents or other family members associated with the military
